Dedicated Sales Progression Personnel

It is an unfortunate but real statistic that on average 1 in 4 property sales fail to reach a successful conclusion. We have taken the initiative to reduce this figure significantly, by introducing trained and dedicated sales progression managers.

Office based and experienced both in the legal process and customer service, "sales progression" is one of the most highly regarded facets of the service we provide. Aside the obvious customer service benefits, our statistics show this service has also enabled us to reduce the time a sale takes to progress from "under offer" to a successful exchange of contracts, all of which add massive value to our clients.

Useful and time saving pointers

It is recommended that you instruct your solicitor at an early stage in order for them to begin some of the procedures and prepare some of the documentation, to save valuable time once a buyer has been found for your home.

It will be particularly helpful to advise your solicitor of your mortgage lender and mortgage account number in order that they can obtain the deeds in advance, this can save, literally weeks at a later stage.

Complete the fixtures and fittings enquiry form provided and return it to your solicitor.

If the property is jointly owned, both parties need to agree to it being sold and the price is acceptable. Your solicitor will need to know the detail of any agreements that you have.

If the property you are selling is a flat or leasehold you will need to ensure that your ground rent and management service charges are up to date.
